РАСПЫЛИТЕЛЬНАЯ СУШИЛЬНАЯ УСТАНОВКА РС-20

The machine is designed for drying of various solutions and suspensions in small tonnage production and for conducting of research works.

The machine includes a drying chamber with the gas-distribution unit, an imported disk spraying mechanism, a fan, an electric air heater for air heating, a cyclone for purification of the exhaust air from the product, a dry product collector, a dosing pump, a frame, a control panel.

The main units and parts of the machine are mounted on a common movable frame.

In the drying chamber there is an inspection window and accent lighting. The solution or suspension from the filling tank by the dosing pump is fed into the disk spraying mechanism, sprayed to a fine state and dried in a current, heated in the electric heater.

The dried product, together with exhaust exhausted heat-carrying medium, is transferred to the cyclone, where they are separated. The cleaned heat-carrying medium is discharged into the atmosphere, and the dry pulverized product is discharged into a collector, installed in the lower part of the cyclone.

The spraying drying machine PC-50 is designed for drying various products, including thermolabile drugs and biological preparations, in the form of solutions and suspensions in low-tonnage production, as well as for carrying–out of research work. The machine includes a drying chamber with a gas distribution device, a disk spraying mechanism, a head and suction fans, an electric heater, a cyclone and a bag filter, dry product collectors, a dosing pump, instrumentation and automated control systems, a control panel and a frame with a maintenance platform. In the drying chamber there is a viewing window and accent lighting. The solution or suspension from the supply tank by a dosing pump is fed into the disc spraying mechanism, sprayed to a fine state and dried in a stream of heated coolant in the drying chamber. The dried product, together with the exhausted heat-carrying medium, is transferred to a cyclone and a bag filter, where they are separated. The cleaned heat-carrying medium is discharged into the atmosphere, and the dry pulverized product is discharged into collectors, installed in the lower part of the drying chamber, the cyclone and the bag filter. The drying chamber is equipped with air hammers to remove product residues. The bag filter is equipped with a back-pulse blowdown.

The spraying drying machine PC-50 ensures preservation of the basic initial properties of the product, due to the intensive removal of moisture during a short stay in the heat affected zone. The product, dried on a spray dryer PC-50, is a powdered product, it does not require additional grinding, it dissolves well and completely preserves the original properties.

VACUUM-EVAPORATOR INSTALLATIONS УВВ-50

 

The installations are intended for concentration of milk and dairy products, fruit juices, tomato juice, plant-extracted products, healthcare products (therapeutic teas, biomass of bacterial cells, enzyme preparations) and other products. The hardware design of the installations ensures the evaporation of thermolabile products without heating the material above 36 – 50 °C, which makes it possible to use them in the production of dry medical preparations (lactic acid bacteria, bifidumbacterin, etc.). Concentration of culture liquids by evaporation before drying, without reducing their quality, helps to increase the production of dry preparations in several times, by means of reducing the load on drying machines, which significantly reduces the cost of prepared preparations. The «УВВ» installation is a single-housing device consisting of a heating chamber, separator-steam separator with a built-in condenser, an instrument panel, a water-ring pump, a frame, shut-off and control valves. The installation can be additionally equipped with a device for collecting condensate (distilled water, alcohol, etc.), and can also be made in explosion-proof construction. The design of the installation provides for its partial disassembly for washing of the internal surfaces and allows its sterilization with heating steam and gaseous reagents. All parts of the installation, which are in contact with the evaporated product, are made of high-quality, stainless steels. The installations provide the yield of high quality products and perfect operation during a long-life performance.

MICROEMULSION INSTALLATION, TYPE UM

 

 

INTENT OF THE INSTALLATION

The device is designed to produce microemulsions (gels, creams, ointments, mayonnaises, etc.) in cosmetic, pharmaceutical and food industries.

PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION

The emulsion components loaded into the tank (through the hermetically sealed hatch) are stirred by an anchor stirrer and heated to the preset temperature by means of heating tubular electric heaters, located in the tank jacket. When the pump-homogenizer is turned on, the process of preparation of the emulsion takes place; the characteristics of this process are determined by the duration of circulation of the mixture in the installation. At the end of the process, the finished emulsion is unloaded by means of the pump-homogenizer. The reactor is a hermetically sealed vacuum tank on legs with a conical bottom and a smooth welded jacket, an anchor type stirrer (with scrapers) with an upper drive. Additional blades are installed in the upper part of the stirrer shaft to prevent the formation of a “dead zone”. On the top cover of the reactor there is a choke valve for connection to the vacuum line and a choke valve with a vacuum gage. The residual pressure in the working space of the reactor is not less than – 0.6 atm. On the top cover, an inspection hatch and a hatch for accent lighting can be installed. The reactor has a third heat-insulating layer coated with stainless steel and treated by electrochemical polishing. The remaining surfaces of the reactor are treated by blasting. Surfaces, which are in contact with the product, are made of stainless steel grade 12H18N10T (in accordance with GOST 5632-72).
